A few weeks ago, a mother pulled into our lot at 1919 NW 19th St with a flat tire and a spare already on. She told us no one had ever accommodated her like that before.
That's not a slogan we came up with first and then tried to live up to. It's just what happened that day, and it's the standard we've held ourselves to since.
