We stand behind every tire we sell. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase — provided the tires have not been mounted or installed.
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:
Returns NOT accepted if tires have been mounted, installed, driven on, or show any signs of use — even briefly. Mounting constitutes acceptance of the product.
Text or call 561-971-9869 with your FFV reference number. We confirm eligibility before you bring the tires in.
Drop off unmounted tires at 1919 NW 19th St Suite 204, Fort Lauderdale FL 33311 during business hours.
We inspect on arrival. If eligible, refund processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Received a defective tire? Contact us immediately at 561-971-9869. Manufacturer defects are handled through the tire manufacturer's warranty.
Need a different size or brand? We exchange unmounted tires for in-stock products. Contact us to arrange before bringing tires in.
